Account Information


For purchasing products you need register an account first.

Fill out the register form.

After registration you will get a email to active your account



Registration Fail?

You may meet the following issue when you register:

1. Your email address has been registered as a member

Please change another email address to set up your account. Or you can use the existed email address to retrieve your password.Click here to retrieve your password.

2. Your Contact Name is not in English

If certain letters of your name contain Non-English letters, you are advised to use the similar English ones instead. For example, you may change letter “?” to “c”.

3.The ‘Enter the Code Shown’ does not show

If no word appears in the “Enter the Code Shown” image, please check your browser’s setting as follows:
1) Open the browser, click “Internet Option” in the “Tool” section
2) Click “Advanced” tab, then choose the “Media”
3) Ensure to make a tick on “Display Picture”

After setting your browser successfully, please simply enter any word and submit. You will then see an error indication and another security codeword will be displayed. Submit the security codeword shown to complete the process.

After activate your account you can now sign in.

Login Fail ?

To log in your account successfully, please ensure the correct registered email address (or Member ID) and password. Your password is case sensitive, so please check if your keyboard’s Caps Lock light is on and also make sure there are no extra blank spaces in the password.

If your registered email address and password are correct and you are still unable to sign in successfully, please follow the below steps to set your browsers:

1. Check if your browser if you have blocked Third-party Cookies option. If the Third-party Cookies option has been blocked, please enable it

How to improve your account security

Important: If you suspect that an unauthorized party has already accessed or attempted to access your account, please contact us immediately.

The following tips are proven ways to improve your account security:

1. Set a secure password

  • Use a combination of letters or numbers ? e.g. beatlesfan28, with no spaces between
  • Use multiple words and numbers without spaces ? e.g. thebestboss84
  • Never use single words that can be found in any dictionary ? e.g. manager or bamboo
  • Never use personal information others can easily obtain or guess ? e.g. your name, phone number, or birth date
  • Never use your email address as the password
  • Never use common passwords ? e.g. 123456 or ABCDEF

2. Sign in to BitKul regularly

Signing into BitKul ensures your account information stays current

3. Be cautious when you receive requests for private or sensitive information

Never click on links in emails to access BitKul web pages if you suspect the message might not really be from us. Avoid filling out forms in email messages that ask for your personal information, such as your Member ID, password and other information. Most sign-in pages can be identified by addresses that begin with

4. Use anti-virus software and a firewall

Some computer viruses steal your password and financial account information. For this reason, it is recommended that you install anti-virus software and update it on a regular basis. A firewall is a system designed to prevent unauthorized parties (usually referred to as “hackers”) from gaining access to sensitive information stored on your computer.

My Account Overview

1.1 My Profile

After sign in you will see “my account” area.

  1. ”My account” categories.
  2. Your shop information, if you have a shop.
  3. Products which you added as Favorites
  4. New items on

We recommend you upload a profile image and fill out the profile form if you want to open a shop ans sell products.

1.2 My Orders

1.2 Click “My Orders” to view list of purchased products.

1.2.1 click the eye icon to check the order details.

If your order status is in Precessing, it means, the seller is preparing to delivery. After product delivered seller will set order status to Completed.

If the seller do NOT delivery in 48 hours, you may ask for refund.

Click “My Settings” to change default email address, password and notifications permission.

1.4 My Referrals

If anyone purchases product through your referral link , you will get 3% of total purchase amount as referral reward.

Placing Orders

Using Shopping Cart

There are 2 methods to add product into cart.

A. Direct add to cart by clicking cart icon under product featured image.

At menu bar you will see shopping cart with product amount


B.  Click “Add To Cart” at product page

Then you will see a notification bar which will lead you to cart details page.


Click “View Cart” to view cart details


Purchase Quantity

Default purchase quantity is 1.

To change the purchase quantity before click “Add To Cart:


After product quantity changed click “Update” to comfirm the changing.


Delete Product In Cart

Click “X” icon to remove product in cart.

Cancel An Order?

You can cancel your unpaid order at “My Account”–“My Orders”.

Check Order Status

After login go to “My Account” — “My Orders” to check your order status.


Receive Order

According to experience , if you pay with

  • Bitcoin, you will reveive order within 10 hours.
  • Litecoin, you will reveive order within 1 hour.
  • Dogecoin, you will reveive order within 1 hour.

Bitkul system will send your order per email after your payment confirmed.

If you are loged-in bitkul member, the order details will be found at “My Account” — “My Orders” too.




Not Recieve Order

If the order status at “My Account” — “My Orders” is “complete”, but in order detail page you can’t find your purchased product, please contact us.

How does BitKul protect my payments?

For Buyers

Pay securely with bitcoin without exposing your details.When paying online, your details are protected by SSL encryption (the highest level of protection commercially available).

For Suppliers

We verifies the every transaction. You will only be asked to ship the order after we confirm payment is received.

Your transactions are always secured by BitKul.

Pay For An Order

After placing an order you will go to the checkout page.

At checkout page fill out your name and email adress first, then choose a digital currency ( Bitcoin, Litecoin or Dogecoin )

and fill out your refund adress in case you need refund later. The refund adress is optional, you can provide a refund adress later via our contact service, if you really need refund.

After clicking “Place Order” you will go to payment details page. Open your digital wallet and pay the order.

You have 30 minutes to make the payment.



Exchange Rate

BitKul take Bitfinex as provider of Bitcoin to USD exchange rate and Bittrex as provider of Litecoin , Dogecoin to USD exchange rate.



Reviews & Ratings

Give Reviews

Go to the product page where you purchased your product. Click “Add Review” to give a rating and review.


Meaning of Star Rating

1. Star Rating

Star Ratings indicate the level of Member satisfaction completed transactions.

5 Stars = Perfect
4 Stars = Good
3 Stars = Average
2 Stars = Not that bad
1 Star = Very Poor

5 and 4 Star Ratings are defined as positive feedback; 3 Star Ratings are defined as neutral feedback; 2 and 1 Star Ratings are defined as negative feedback.

Remove Reviews

Reporting abuse & removing reviews and ratings

Sellers cannot remove reviews & ratings left by buyers; A BitKul representative can assist with the request to remove reviews & ratings. Seller can report reviews & ratings abuse (profane language, libelous or defamatory statements) within 7 days of review & rating submission.

BitKul will investigate all reported reviews & ratings abuse. If reviews & ratings abuse is confirmed, the reported reviews & ratings will be deleted; otherwise, the original reviews & ratings will remain unchanged.

If buyer/seller report reviews & ratings abuse within 7 days of reviews & ratings activation, the reviews & ratings will be removed in the following instances:

  • The reviews & ratings are unrelated to the transaction
  • Uses improper language, or disclose the personal information
  • The reviews & ratings left by competitors on purpose
  • Use of negative reviews & ratings to get the extra benefits
  • Others(Should provide the evidence to prove it)

Before Refund

Refund requests

Our refund policy was made to be transparent so your experience is as smooth as possible and gives you a “fair go” by using a baseline standard.
A refund request will be sent to the BitKul Support Team to review. The seller will be informed too.
If your refund request is declined by the seller and you disagree with their decision, our Support Team will investigate the claim.

What if the purchased item is no longer available?

There are a number of different reasons why an item may be removed from the market and are therefore no longer available for download.

We recommend that you download and save an item as soon as you buy it, but if the item was removed before you had a chance to download it, refer to our  support Team please.

Refund Rules

Item is “not as described”

An item is “not as described” if it is materially different from the item description or preview so you should expect the seller to “tell it like it is” when it comes to the features and functionality of items. If it turns out the item is “not as described” you will be entitled to a refund.

Item doesn’t work the way it should

If an item doesn’t work the way it should and can’t easily be fixed you are entitled to a refund of the item. This includes situations where the item has a problem that would have stopped you from buying it if you’d known about the problem in the first place. If the item can be fixed, then the seller is required to do so promptly by updating the item otherwise you are entitled to a refund of that item.

Item has a security vulnerability

If an item contains a security vulnerability and can’t easily be fixed you are entitled to a refund of the item. If the item can be fixed, then the seller should do so promptly by updating the item. If the item contains a security vulnerability that is not patched in an appropriate timeframe then you are entitled to a refund of that item.

Item support is promised but not provided

If a seller advertisers their item as including item support and you are not provide that support in accordance with the item support policy you will be entitled to a refund of your purchased support.

Why a refund may not be given

If the item is materially similar to the description and preview and works the way it should, there is generally no obligation to provide a refund in situations like the following:

  • you don’t want it after you’ve purchased it;
  • the item did not meet your expectations;
  • you simply change your mind;
  • you bought an item by mistake;
  • you do not have sufficient expertise to use the item;
  • you ask for goodwill;
  • you can no longer access the item because it has been removed (we advise you to download items as soon as you have purchased them to avoid this situation).

Refund Process


Once buyer has submitted a refund request , the Bitkul Support Team will review it first and forward the request to seller.
If seller doesn’t react in 48 hours , buyer will get refund automatically. If seller declines buyer’s request , Bitkul will direct look into it.


If buyer’s request was approved , buyer gets refunded in max. 48 hours.

Receive Refund

After refund approved buyer will get her/his money back in 48 hours.

Buyer recieved refund in digital currency which she/he paid with.

That means, you have paid for something for 10 USD worth Bitcoins. You will get 10 USD worth Bitcoins back.
