1. All offers are limited to one per user, IP address, computer device, family, residential address, telephone number, and/or e-payment account, e-mail address, and environments where computers are shared (university, school, public library, workplace, etc.).
2. If your bonus is not credited automatically, please contact us immediately so that we can credit the bonus for you manually. If the deposit has been played before the bonus is credited, we are not able to credit it to you.
3. Please allow up to five minutes for the bonus to be credited.
4. All funds must be wagered, before the funds can be withdrawn, unless otherwise stated in the specific offer or campaign. For example: If you deposit 10 USDT and are credited a 10 USDT bonus, so a total of 20 USDT must be wagered for the funds to be withdrawable.
5. Unless otherwise stated each offer is valid only during the promotion period given in the offer
6. Players can request a withdrawal of their deposited amount prior to meeting the wagering conditions.
7. “Bonus Abuse” includes, but is not limited to:
- breach of terms and conditions of a bonus or any other promotional offer;
- the opening of multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses;
8. Where there is a reasonable suspicion that the Account Holder has committed or attempted to commit a bonus abuse, either on their own or as part of a group, Bitkul reserves the right to:
- forfeit the bonus allocated to the Account Holder and any winnings from that bonus, and/or
- revoke, deny, or withdraw a bonus offer from the Account Holder, and/or
- block an access to particular products, and/or
- exclude the Account Holder from any future promotional offers, and/or
- terminate the Account Holder’s account with immediate effect.
9. Bitkul management reserve the right to void any bonuses and/or winnings obtained by fraudulent behavior. Bitkul management have the right to update these rules at anytime.
